RETURN POLICY

Arunodaya Enterprises commits to provide the best deals to our customers which couldn’t have been possible without amazing customers such as yourself and our staff. While our staff takes great care when fulfilling your orders, we urge you to make careful decisions when placing the orders. Also, by streamlining the shipping and return procedures, errors are cut to minimal. As a result, our customers enjoy prompt delivery and of course most importantly, great prices!
Since all sales are final, your careful selection and checking before order confirmation is critical.

Return Policy:

  1. Eligible items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  2. We can return/replace if the items are defective or have been damaged in transition (proof needed).

  3. Product cannot be returned on following grounds:

    • Ordered by mistake.

    • Product no longer needed.

  4. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging or a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your return refund total.

  5. Usually within 48 hours of receipt, we will inspect your returned item(s).

  6. Your refund, store credit, or exchange will be issued within 7 days of our receipt.

  7. Refunds will be issued to your form of payment for the order.

 

Damaged Items and Shortage Claims

Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt. Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
